Terms and conditions of contracting

This document establishes the general conditions governing the contracting of the services offered by Hotel Villa de Alquézar, as well as the relationship between the establishment and users who make a reservation or purchase a gift voucher.

The formalisation of a reservation, whether through the website, by telephone, email, booking engine or external platforms, implies the express and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The establishment reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The conditions in force shall be those published at the time of contracting.

2. Booking process

Reservations may be made through the following channels:

  • Official hotel website
  • Booking engine integrated into the website
  • Telephone or email
  • External intermediary platforms (for example, Booking.com)

Reservations made through external intermediary platforms (such as Booking.com or similar) shall be subject exclusively to the contracting, modification and cancellation conditions established by such platforms, which shall in all cases prevail over these conditions.

3. Use of the booking engine

The booking engine integrated into the website acts as a technological intermediation tool for managing reservations. The establishment is not responsible for possible technical incidents, service interruptions or errors arising from the operation of the system.

The hotel’s conditions relating to prices, cancellations, schedules and service provision shall prevail over any information displayed in the booking engine, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Prices and payments

  • All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include legally applicable taxes.
  • The hotel reserves the right to modify rates and conditions, always respecting reservations already confirmed.
  • To guarantee the reservation, a bank card may be requested during the booking process.

5. Cancellation policy

For reservations made directly with the hotel (official website, telephone or email):

  • Cancellation is free up to 3 days before the arrival date.
  • Cancellations made outside this period will incur a charge of the first night’s amount.
  • In the event of no-show, the first night’s amount will also be charged.

Reservations made through external intermediary platforms shall be governed exclusively by the cancellation policy indicated on such platforms, and Hotel Villa de Alquézar shall not be held responsible for any conditions other than those established therein. In the event of any discrepancy, the information provided by the intermediary platform at the time of booking shall always prevail.

6. Booking modifications

Any modification of dates, number of guests or room type shall be subject to availability and may involve changes to the final price.

7. Check-in and check-out times

  • Check-in: from 13:30
  • Check-out: until 11:30

Departure outside the established schedule may entail additional charges, subject to prior confirmation and availability.

8. Gift vouchers

8.1 Purchase
Gift vouchers are purchased directly through the establishment, by contacting via email or telephone.

Each voucher will be associated with a beneficiary name, indicated at the time of purchase.

8.2 Use and conditions

  • Gift vouchers are personal and non-transferable.
  • They have a validity of 365 calendar days from the date of issue.
  • Their use is subject to hotel availability on the requested dates.

8.3 Cancellations and expiry

  • Gift vouchers do not allow cancellation or refund.
  • Once the validity period has expired, the voucher shall be considered expired and will lose its value.

9. Establishment rules

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel or in the rooms.
  • The guest undertakes to make responsible use of the facilities.
  • The establishment reserves the right of admission in the event of inappropriate behaviour.

10. Liability

The hotel shall not be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings not deposited in the areas designated for this purpose.

11. Data protection

Personal data provided during the booking process or the purchase of gift vouchers will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations and in compliance with the establishment’s Privacy Policy.

Data may be shared with technological service providers only when necessary for the proper management of the reservation.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the contracting, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals legally compe
